A Whole New World
With the arrival of their daughter Chelsea, who was truly "started by a mouse," Kathy and Matthew Walker are experiencing the Disneyland Resort in a whole new way. No longer experts on the ins and outs of visits to Disneyland, they are experiencing a whole new world as they are learning the ropes of parenting at the parks. Read some of Matthew's observations as he discovers how each visit with Chelsea brings new feelings, observations and happiness of running around a theme park with an infant in tow. Also included are thumbnail pictures of all 17 of Chelsea's visits from the first 10 months of her life.
Our Story
We met at the Disney Store in Northridge, where we both worked as cast members. We got engaged in Mickey's House in Disneyland's Toontown after seeing the Broadway version of Beauty and the Beast. We had a Disney Fairy Tale Wedding at the Disneyland Hotel. We celebrated our honeymoon at Walt Disney World.
We were started by a mouse - a little guy named Mickey, whom we'll be forever grateful to for getting us together. Come celebrate our relationship in StartedByAMouse.com's We Were Started By A Mouse Too! section.

Were you started by the mouse too? Send in your stories and pictures to wewere2@startedbyamouse.com and they could be posted here!
High School Sweethearts
In our latest "We Were Started By A Mouse Too!" submission, Jason from Kentucky shares with us this enchanting story of getting engaged at the Magic Kingdom to his longtime girlfriend, Holly, Christmas Eve 2005. It is a tale of itching to return to the Happiest Place on Earth, sweaty fingers and being runover by a stroller. Enjoy!
Our second reader submission comes from Tony, the webmaster of This Day In Disney History. He shares his story about how Walt Disney World factored into his and his wife Cathy's engagement, wedding and anniversary.
And also still available is our first guest submission of how the Mouse brought Sandy and John Csizmar together.
A Trip to Club 33
A special private party at Disneyland's Club 33 turned into a weekend in Anaheim with an overnight stay at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel for Kathy and Matthew Walker.
