Anaheim Manager Mike Scioscia's back. He walked past us and Kathy asked, "Isn't that Mike Scioscia?" and I replied, "Yes, it is." I tried to snap a profile shot but he looked forward again as the shutter clicked. He stopped a few steps later and turned around. Face to face with him, I said, "Congratulations!" He replied, "Thank you, thank you." Kathy couldn't believe that I "talked" to him.

Like many of the Angels players, we had left by the time they had a fireworks display in the team's honor but this publicity shot shows what we missed.

I'll leave this feature with a picture of the 25-foot-tall Rally Monkey hanging from the Golden Gate Bridge. He represented the team's comeback ability well.
