The only park activity featuring the ABC Primetime Preview at 4 p.m. was the Parade of Stars. To kick off the parade, several Army paratroopers dropped in. Fireworks shot off from near the Sunshine Plaza shortly after their touch down.
The first float came down without any announcement. Representing the new drama 10-8, series stars Ernie Hudson and Danny Nucci were flanked by an army of sheriff cadets.
At several spots along the Performance Corridor, stands were set up for the hosts of various entertainment programs. Here, E! News Live correspondent Guiliana looks over her notes. She would speak to the ABC stars via microphone as they drove past her platform.
To kick off the parade, the Riverside Community College Marching Band entertained guests, playing the ABC theme as part of their song selection.
