Fantasyland is fashioned after a quaint European village within the walls of a storybook castle. The village is in the midst of a lively medieval fair and festival punctuated by banners, flags and a cheerful palette of colors. Attractions include Cinderella Carousel, "Mickey's PhilharMagic," The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Mad Hatter Tea Cups and Disney's Storybook Theater featuring "The Golden Mickeys." Also in Fantasyland is Fantasy Gardens, the most elaborately themed character meeting area created at any Disney theme park in the world.

"The Golden Mickeys," is a 25-minute live stage show performed multiple times each day inside the 1,000-seat Storybook Theatre. "The Golden Mickeys" stars "Bebe," an up-and-coming entertainment journalist who is reporting "Live from the Storybook Theater in Fantasyland!" ("Bebe" conducts her "live interviews" and narration in Cantonese; the show's songs are performed in English) and features a cast of 24 singers and dancers. Serving as show hosts are Disney's "Fab Five" group of characters -- Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy and Pluto. Songs pay tribute to animated classics, including hits from Lilo and Stitch, Tarzan, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Toy Story 2 and Mulan. "The Golden Mickeys" made its premiere -- and can still be seen -- aboard the Disney Cruise Line.

The Royal Banquet Hall features dining fit for kings (and queens) in a grand Gothic structure decorated with shields, heraldry, banners, tapestries and sculptures of Disney royalty. The 720-seat restaurant (inspired by the film Sleeping Beauty) has 340 seats inside, 320 exterior seats under colorful tournament tents and 60 exterior seats on a patio overlooking the castle moat.

Inside the Royal Banquet Hall, the scramble-style food court offers four specialized show-kitchens allowing each guest to choose dim sum, kettle classics, grilled items and Japanese sushi and tempura. One of the sculptures featured in the restaurant is Prince Philip and Princess Aurora from Sleeping Beauty.

Clopin's Festival of Foods surrounds diners with vibrant colors and a topsy-turvy atmosphere inspired by festive scenes from Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame in this 240-seat eatery with rustic beam-and-plaster décor. The food court offers quick service with four open show kitchens featuring wok, barbecue and noodle menus from China's great northwest. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
