One of the things that Disneyland is doing to celebrate its 50th anniversary is honoring its original 1955 attractions with special plaques and golden ride vehicles. Below are pictures of the honored attractions.
 Ward Kimball, Engine No. 5 of the Disneyland Railroad, entered into service as part of Disneyland's 50th anniversary with gold leaf applied to its lettering.
 A Horseless Carriage painted in gold waits to take guests to the far end of Main Street USA.
 Horse-Drawn Streetcar No. 4 has been given the Midas touch.
